In total, 284 real estate investors who own investment/rental properties completed the survey, which was fielded between October 8 and October 21, 2024. To those who participated in the survey: THANK YOU!

Among the 284 real estate investors who participated in the Flock Homes-ResiClub Real Estate Investor Survey, here’s how many rental/investment properties they own:

1-4 units —> 46.1% 

5-19 units —> 38.7% 

20-99 units —> 10.9% 

100+ units —> 4.2%
